TPS delivers very short, low-intensity acoustic (sound) pulses through the scalp.

Unlike surface-only techniques, TPS can be focused to reach deeper brain regions that are connected to networks for memory, orientation, and complex processing. The device uses a hand-held applicator that is moved over marked points on the head while it emits controlled pulses.
