- Non-Clinical Service: Nurify Wellness does not provide medical or clinical services. Our services are designed to support mental wellbeing, personal growth, and goal achievement.
- Not a Substitute for Medical Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have discussed or experienced at Nurify Wellness.
- Crisis Situations: We are not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in danger of harming yourself or others, please contact emergency services (999) or visit your nearest A&E immediately.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- Registration: Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a registration form and provide relevant information about your wellbeing goals.
- Availability: All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred times.
- Lateness: We appreciate that delays happen. However, please note that being late by 15 minutes or more to your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full fee for the appointment will be charged.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To ensure we can offer appointments to other clients who may need them, we operate the following cancellation policy:
- Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ (3 working days) notice.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than the required notice period may incur a charge of the full session fee.
- Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend an appointment without notice (“No Show”), the full fee for the session will be charged.
- Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the next available slot or a full refund.
5. Fees and Payment
- Payment Terms: Fees for services must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Insurance/Third-Party Funding: If your sessions are being funded by a health insurer or third party, you are responsible for providing us with the correct authorisation details. If the insurer refuses payment for any reason, you remain liable for the full cost of the services provided.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to review and change our pricing.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
- Data Handling: All personal information and special category data provided by you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Confidentiality: The content of your sessions is confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except in specific legal or ethical circumstances (e.g., if there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law).

7. Client Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, we ask that all clients:
- Treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy.
- Provide accurate and truthful information regarding their wellbeing to help us support them effectively.
- Do not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs. Nurify Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Outcomes: While we are dedicated to supporting you in achieving your wellbeing goals, individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as success depends on various factors including your personal engagement with the process.
- Personal Belongings: Nurify Wellness accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto our premises.
- Liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, wellbeing plans, and content provided by Nurify Wellness during your sessions or via our website remain the intellectual property of Nurify Medical Limited. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
